WILL I RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING MY PURCHASE?
As soon as you have made a purchase you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the items ordered and the shipping address. Once the shipment is made you will receive an email with the courier tracking link.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ITEMS I PURCHASED?
Depending on your zip code, your purchases will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the time of your order (excluding weekends and holidays). We strive to meet the estimated delivery time, but during the most difficult times the time may vary slightly.
ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
You can cancel your order before shipment, once processed you can return up to 15 days after purchase. A full refund of the order will be made upon receipt of the item, provided the returned item is still in its original condition, while shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
