As soon as you have made a purchase you will receive a confirmation email with the summary of the items ordered and the shipping address. Once the shipment is made you will receive an email with the tracking link of the courier.

According to your postal code, your purchases will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the time the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). We are committed to meeting the expected delivery times, but during the most challenging periods the timing may vary slightly.

You can cancel the order before its shipment, once processed you can make the return up to 15 days after purchase. The total refund of the order will be made upon receipt of the item, provided that the returned item is still in its original condition, while the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
